About us:
i-Detect is a dynamic Labour Relations company recently established by its owner Jacobus Williams. He holds a National Diploma and Baccalaureus Degree in Policing from the University of South Africa as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law from the University of the Western Cape. His experience in both Labour Relations and Investigations spans approximately 40 years.
During his career, he headed both the local detective services of the South African Police Service and the Disciplinary Unit of the Cape Town Metropolitan Police department with much success. i-Detect is confident that it can provide an efficient and effective service from its inception to completion.
We approach each matter with enthusiasm and go beyond the application of the norm to ensure that we put our clients in positions to have optimal successful outcomes.
